Today, I went to a company visit to Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA). It is an agency created embracing the cities of Metropolitan Manila or the National Capital Region. It is constituted into a special development and administrative region subject to direct supervision of the President of the Philippines. The MMDA office is located at Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) corner Orense Street, Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati, Philippines. The MMDA performs planning, monitoring and coordinative functions, and in the process exercise regulatory and supervisory authority over the delivery of metro-wide services within Metro Manila without diminution of the autonomy of the local government units concerning purely local matters.

What I learned?
Telecoms Training Institute offers the best training programs in the telecommunications industry. The authorized person told us that radio dispatch or two-way radio communication systems still remains to be the fastest, most reliable, and most affordable means in mobile communications.
What I liked?
I liked the TV screens used by MMDA. And the services of MMDA like: Transport and Traffic Management – which includes the formulation, coordination and monitoring of policies, standards, programs and projects to rationalize the existing transport operations, infrastructure requirements, the use of thoroughfares; traffic engineering services and traffic education programs, including the institution of a single ticketing system. I hoped we can have that in Davao City. Actually we have that here but I want to use more technologies.
What I didn’t like?
I don't like visiting the Telecoms Training Institute. I don't know why, because I'm sleepy that time. The company didn't catch up my attention.
